Refunds
Unframed prints returned within thirty days in original condition are refunded in full to the original payment method once received. Original shipping, where charged, is not refunded. See Returns for how to start one.
Damaged or incorrect items
If a piece arrives damaged or an order is incorrect, we replace or refund it in full at no cost to you. Email a photo to hello@naveart.com.
Processing time
Refunds are issued within five business days of the return being received.
